Terms of use
The ground rules for using the app
Last updated: August 2026
By using Yourni you agree to these terms. In short: Yourni is a personal wellbeing companion offered as-is, it is not medical care, and you use it at your own discretion.
1. What Yourni is
Yourni is a tool for tracking and reflecting on your mental wellbeing. It is not a diagnostic tool or a medical device, and it does not provide diagnosis, grading, treatment, or professional advice. It does not replace a doctor, therapist, or emergency service.
2. The AI assistant
The assistant is powered by third-party AI and can produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. You are responsible for how you act on anything it says.
3. Your responsibilities
Use Yourni for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Keep your device secure, since your data is stored on it. In a crisis, use the emergency and crisis resources in the Safety & crisis article rather than the app.
4. As-is, no warranty
Yourni is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any harm, loss, or decision arising from your use of the app or reliance on the assistant. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Changes and contact
These terms may change; material changes will be shown here with a new date. Questions: monika.protivova@gmail.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
